HONWAY offers high-voltage planar series power MOSFET products. Adopting the fourth generation technology superjunction technology, the products have excellent performance and achieve the industry's advanced ultra-low characteristic on-resistance (Ron,sp), providing higher power density, lower power consumption and higher efficiency in the same volume. In addition, for fast switching circuits, ICP DAS's fourth generation superjunction is specially optimized for switching performance, providing more robust switching characteristics, better EMI performance, and greater design margin for system design. The series also provides good anti-static capability to provide designers with more reliable system stability.
