Overview
HONWAY offers N-channel SJ series power MOSFETs with good on-resistance, extremely low gate charge, excellent switching speed, and competitive cost/performance ratio, making them ideal for switching power supply applications. At the same time, ICP DAS SJ series products provide avalanche tolerance (EAS) and electrostatic discharge capability to improve system reliability. In addition, the series adopts ICP DAS's own innovative technology to optimize the switching characteristics of the product for better EMI performance in system applications. They are widely used in home appliance drive, computer power supply, UPS, electric vehicle charging and other fields.
N-channel series SJ MOSFETs are available in TO-220, TO-223, TO-263, TO-251, TO-252 and TO-247 packages.
