Photo Transistor
The photocoupler whose output is the direct output of a phototransistor is called a transistor photocoupler. Transistor optocoupler output side of the generally commonly used transistors are: photodiode, photosensitive transistor, photosensitive Darlington tube.
The photodiode has good linearity characteristics; the phototransistor has linearity characteristics and has current amplification capability within a certain range; the phototransistor Darlington tube has higher amplification and can drive a larger output current under a small current input state. Transistor optocoupler usually does voltage feedback in the power supply circuit and signal detection and signal control in the control circuit.
