LED (Light Emitting Diode), is a solid-state semiconductor device, it can directly convert electricity into light, with a number of LEDs composed of LED screen, can be connected to a computer to display text and graphics, but rarely used to display dynamic images.
LCD LCD is short for Liquid Crystal Display. The structure of LCD is a liquid crystal placed in two parallel pieces of glass, with many tiny vertical and horizontal wires in the middle of the two pieces of glass, which control the direction of the rod-shaped crystal molecules by energizing them or not, and refract the light to produce a picture.
LED and LCD have fundamental differences, first of all, the difference in light source, followed by the difference in the display effect, LCD can display delicate images, LED really can not.
LED theoretically can be made into a large display of any size, LCD current technology can only do about 100 inches.
